Included Services
Towing Assistance
When towing is required, the member’s vehicle will be towed to a qualified repair facility or to the location specified by the customer.
Extrication Assistance
Assistance is provided to help extricate the covered vehicle when stuck in a ditch or other inaccessible area, as long as the location is within 50 feet of a paved, maintained road or highway.
Flat Tire Assistance
Service includes replacing a flat tire with the vehicle’s spare tire. Towing assistance will be provided if necessary.
Fuel, Oil, Fluid and Water Delivery
An emergency supply of fuel, oil, fluid, or water will be delivered to any member in immediate need. The member is responsible for the cost of the supplies if applicable.
Battery Assistance
Battery jump-start service will be provided to any member in immediate need.
Lock-Out Assistance
Assistance will be provided to help members gain entry into their vehicle if the keys are lost or locked inside.
